Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated Delivery

United States orders are currently estimated to arrive within approximately 8–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, local carrier, and customs processing. Available shipping information and any applicable costs are shown at checkout, should arrive within approximately 6–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. During holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, or customs inspections, delivery may take longer.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may require a short period to become active in the carrier’s system.

Separate Packages

Products within the same order may be dispatched from different fulfillment locations and can arrive separately. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact REINE immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after processing has begun.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has passed its estimated delivery period, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If REINE is unable to dispatch an order within the promised period, the customer will be contacted and given the choice to accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
